Service Description
For chronic health management see Management Plans. All pension card holders and DVA card holders are bulk billed at the clinic. If procedures are required, out of pocket fees may apply. All persons over 65 are recommended to have the influenza vaccine yearly, and the pneumococcal vaccine 5 yearly. There is no cost for these vaccines for those over 65. All our GPs have admitting rights to St John of God Healthcare, and are accredited to visit local nursing home facilities including Lyndoch Living, Mercy Place, Gillin Park and Opal.
Cancellation Policy
Please Note. If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying the clinic, you will incur a $40 for a basic appointment and $80 for a longer appointment.
