Service Description
We offer routine appointments between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Urgent appointments are offered for all clinic patients for problems that need to be attended to that day with the on call doctor. Please note that we will not always be able to offer on the day appointments with the doctor of your choice, however we will endeavour to meet your needs as best we can. Saturday morning appointments between 9.00 am and 12.00 pm are for on the day or urgent presentations only. We recommend booking a longer appointment if you have several problems to discuss or for complex problems. If you are uncertain please discuss this with our reception staff when making your booking. Please note if you fail to attend an appointment without notifying the clinic at least 2 hours in advance, you will incur a $20 charge. Home visits will be provided for the elderly or unwell at the doctor's discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Please Note. If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying the clinic, you will incur a $40 for a basic appointment and $80 for a longer appointment.
