Dr Chandima Silva

Dr Chandima Silva is an experienced General Practitioner with over 12 years of experience working in the Australian healthcare system. She has been caring for patients in the Warrnambool community for more than eight years and values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with individuals and families from all stages of life.

She holds an MBBS, Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Diploma of Child Health (DCH), and an Emergency Medicine Certificate. Her clinical interests include paediatrics and women’s health, with a strong focus on providing comprehensive, compassionate and patient-centred care.

Dr Chandima enjoys supporting patients with both acute and ongoing health concerns and believes in working together with patients to help them make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring local attractions and different parts of Australia.

Dr Chandima speaks fluent English and Sinhalese and welcomes patients from a wide range of backgrounds.
